Joseph is a highly qualified health professional having completed both a Bachelor of Podiatry and a Master of Science with a specialty in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair. Joseph is also undertaking his Professional Diploma of Dermatology and has completed the certificate component of this course. This unique combination of qualifications with over 7 years of study, enables Joseph to treat a broad scope of foot, dermatological and wound issues.
To date, Joseph has over 14 years clinical experience in all areas of Podiatry and has worked extensively across private practices, aged care facilities and hospitals. His most recent role is Consultant Podiatrist at the Skin and Cancer Foundation where he works with a team of Dermatologists to manage complex nail problems.
Renowned for his friendly and vibrant personality, Joseph is popular with patients of all ages. His caring and thorough approach ensures each patients' foot concerns are managed appropriately and individually.
In addition to his clinical work, Joseph holds academic positions at several Universities where he provides clinical supervision and part-time lecturing. He also has regular speaking engagements at seminars, workshops and conferences and mentors Podiatry graduates. Joseph is also a regular reviewer for a number of medical journals and contributes medical content to various blogs and websites.

Jess is the newest member of the heel me team and brings with her a wealth of special skills and expertise in all aspects of Podiatry. Having worked as a Footwear Consultant for a number of years, Jess has a vast knowledge of all footwear, enabling her to tailor patients’ treatments to suit their individual foot problems and activities.
With her previous experience as a sports trainer for local sporting clubs, Jess’ injury management skills in taping, strapping, massage and rehabilitation provide a comprehensive platform for her to provide holistic therapy for soft tissue and joint injuries. So too, her part-time role working for one of Australia’s largest orthotic laboratories, gives her in-depth knowledge of the entire orthotic manufacturing process to comprehensively treat all of her patients’ orthotic requirements from start to end.
