When can I see the Podiatrists?
Joseph Frenkel consults at Inkerman Medical Group on Monday to Friday and at the Skin and Cancer Foundation monthly on Wednesdays.
Jess Steinberg consults at Inkerman Medical Group on Wednesdays.

How are Podiatrists different to other medical specialties?
Podiatrists are foot, ankle and lower limb specialists who can assess, treat and manage most foot and lower limb conditions. Podiatrists are University educated including extensive training in relevant medical subjects.
Podiatrists are able to refer for diagnostic imaging, treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, perform minor surgical procedures, manage complex wounds and prescribe certain drugs and customised orthotics.
Cost of Services
Initial consultation: $90 (pensioner $85)
Repeat consultation: $65 (pensioner $60)
Home visits (selected areas only): $95
Orthotics/ insoles/ skin and nail procedures/ nail surgery:
These items can vary in price. All costs are clearly outlined before any treatment is undertaken with no hidden costs. Please contact us for further information.
Valid Medicare EPC referrals and DVA referrals are accepted.
Parking + Access
Inkerman clinic:
Parking is available on-site (via Inkerman Street) as well as on surrounding streets. Ramp access is available via the carpark.
Payment
For individuals whose Private Health Insurance cover includes Podiatry we offer private health insurance rebates on the spot with HICAPS. Please enquire with your health insurance provider to check your level of cover.
Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash and cheque are all accepted.
